As Phyrexia: All Will Be One’s First Look is slowly being consumed by the community, it seems that another round of Secret Lair shipments has reached people’s doors. With these come the “Bonus Slot” cards that don’t see any spoilers or previous discussions until someone opens their product and confirms its existence. This is a rather fun way of uncovering cards which, unfortunately, is quite annoying for dealers to keep track of. Among the uncovered cards is an incredibly popular one used by one of MTG’s most iconic players. Here are the cards recently discovered by players, including one that could be worth around a hundred dollars!
Another Apostle Born from the Shadow
Yes, there is another Shadowborn Apostle in the upper right corner of this image provided on Reddit by what may now be a deleted account. Since that’s the case, perhaps take these spoilers with a little caution. That said, all of these are known continuations from previous runs found in the Secret Lair bonus slots and have all the proper collector information on the bottom left of the cards. There’s a good chance these are real.
Two more Premium Shadowborn Apostles have already been spoiled throughout the Secret Lair bonus slot, and both come with a pretty hefty price tag. it tends towards $85while the other tends towards $125. Considering this is the first we’ve heard of this new third Shadowborn Apostle, it’ll likely be around these prices.
The Sorcerous Spyglass seen in this image isn’t new, but the two full-art reprints of the Sliver appear to be. This line of full-art Sliver reprints has been seen everywhere for quite some time now, but there are so many reprints of Sliver cards that new ones are constantly appearing. According to Scryfall and TCGplayer, as of this writing, these Sliver cards are not on those sites, suggesting they are new. Most of these reissues of Sliver last approx $5. These have all been found as bonus slots in the Junji Ito Secret Lair, which will return in Phyrexia: All Will be One. Notably, this Sorcerous Spyglass currently falls somewhere in between $15 And $20so it’s quite a hit if you’re lucky enough to get one.

Post, the Enchanter
Post Malone’s exclusive card, once thought of, may not be all that exclusive! Another Redditor posted this image, claiming it’s the bonus card from one of Post Malone’s secret lairs. When asked which secret lair was part of TheMonkeyPicker, the owner of this image simply stated that it was “the main one. I didn’t order lands.
This card famously appeared in the Post Malone MTG showdown hosted on WhatNot. Comically, this supposedly exclusive card only received an 8 grade. Post Malone’s response to this less-than-perfect grade was a complaint about playing with the card.
I have no idea how expensive this card will be, but if it’s a substantial drop from Post Malone Secret Lairs, I don’t expect it to be worth much more than the other Zur, the Enchanter cards on the market. Either way, anyone who wants to get a copy of this once thought exclusive card should be able to do so without paying thousands of dollars!
More Secret Lair shipping issues
With these spoilers out of the way, the comments to both of these Reddit posts contained some complaints about Secret Lair’s strange shipping patterns. While players are showing off their new loot on the Reddit page, others haven’t yet received their secret lairs from the previous release:
“How the hell do people already have this secret lair when I still don’t have mine from the previous drops?” – Call_Me_Metal
“Strange we haven’t heard anything from the WOTC regarding our junji order” – Stunning-Foot8586
A common problem these chats fixed was moving shipping confirmation emails to your junk or spam folders. So, if you’re waiting for a shipping confirmation for a past Secret Lair, consider checking your spam folders before proceeding to the next steps.

Anyone want these?
At the end of the day, these are expensive skins for some cards that are already very cheaply priced in the market. These are for Commander players looking to add some personality to their decks. Shadowborn Apostle and Slivers are already popular archetypes in the format, so there are many who might be interested in these cards. That said, it can be difficult to find the right buyer for unique cards like these. Either way, having the opportunity to play the lottery while gaining access to some great Secret Lair cards adds some excitement to the Secret Lair product.
